Are you licensed?
Yes, We are licensed with the Constructions Industries Board (CIB) in the State of Oklahoma. Licensing is a legal requirement and one we take seriously. The CIB has requirements for licensing that must be met annually in order to maintain a license in good standing. Our CIB License number is #80006208 (https://verifyroofing.cib.ok.gov/roofing/search). Please see the attached license.
Are you insured?
Yes. 30 Square Roofing carries General Liability as well as Workers Compensation Insurance. The CIB (Constructions Industries Board) requires all roofing companies to maintain specific amounts of coverage before they will issue a license. We carry the specific amounts requested by the CIB. Please see our Certificates below.
Do you cover deductibles?
NO. In Oklahoma it is illegal for any roofing contractor to advertise or entice customers to do business with them by covering any or all of the homeowners deductible. To operate with integrity and within the requirements of the law, we DO NOT cover any or all of the deductible. November 1st, 2022, HB1940 became law. Please see the signed House bill below.
If a roofer is willing to break the law for you, what will they do to you?
What shingles do you use?
We use the BEST available products to repair or replace your shingle roof. We use GAF, Malarkey, Certainteed and Owens Corning branded products most often. If you have a brand preference please discuss this with your 30 Square Roofing Restoration Consultant during your inspection and estimate review. We have access to many other branded products and will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, We work with all the large, brand name, carriers as well as smaller lesser known carriers. It is impossible to have worked with ALL companies that provide Home Property Coverage. The process across the industry and within all Insurance Carriers is similar. We have significant experience in handling small claims and large claims and using the process with ALL carriers. If you have questions regarding the claim process or a specific carrier please call our office or ask your 30 Square Roofing Restoration Consultant during your Inspection and estimate review.
How long does it take to put on a new roof?
Two days is our standard for a full roof replacement. In many cases the replacement can be completed in one day, however there are circumstances when the replacement will take two days. 30 Square Roofing is most concerned with installing the best possible roof, NOT the fastest. We have found that two days give us plenty of time to be thorough and attentive to the necessary details of installing a quality roof with no long term issues. Thank you for your patience.
Does 30 Square Roofing warranty their work?
Yes. 30 Square Roofing warranties their roof replacements in two ways. First, we provide a 5 year labor and workmanship warranty. If there is any issue with your roof that is caused by poor installation or poor workmanship, we will correct the issue at NO charge. 30 Square Roofing owns the quality of your roof installation the day the work starts. You are never left alone to solve issues that may arise after the project is complete.
Second, 30 Square Roofing pays for and provides an enhanced warranty for the homeowner that covers the quality and possible defects of the shingle by the shingle manufacturer. Each manufacturer has their own specific provisions for their warranty. We provide you a copy of the warranty certificate and provide you the information specific to your brand of shingle. 30 Square Roofing has your back when we are your contractor of choice.
